Jim’s legal practice has been as extensive as it has been varied since he became an attorney in 1976. Jim practices civil law covering wills, estates, elder law/guardianship, probate, real property (closings, title searches and title insurance), banking and the formation of closely held corporations and limited liability companies. He also practices municipal law which includes zoning and planning, condemnation, real estate taxes, construction contracts, and public utilities regulation.

The initial consultation is always free. When we begin our representation we always discuss in detail the fee we will charge and the method of billing. Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. In estate planning the rate is usually a flat fee. This allows you, the client, the freedom to ask questions and explore options without fear of being charged by the hour. We pride ourselves on the fairness of our fees for the services we provide.
